Law 46B1b Clarify the effect of saying "win it"
Shireen Mohandes
In fourth seat, "win it" should mean the lowest winning card, but in second or third seat, it means dummy's highest card. That avoids arguments about what declarer might have known about the hand and removes all ambiguity. If declarer complains he meant something else, it's his own fault for not specifying.
Gregory Gauthier
In some situations (a marked finesse against declarer's LHO), the intention may be clearly different (cover as cheaply as possible).
Michael Nelson
I that that already was, but if not, it should be.
